Partnership With Reality Investment Funds- We have partnered with reality investment funds, who acquired 50% of our Electra campus in the Rishon Le-Tsyion district, a 64-dunam (approx. 16 acres) real estate property just south of Tel-Aviv.
Electra-Bosch Factory
The property in Ashkelon - a development area for the new Electra-Bosch factory - extends over 32 dunams and is owned by Electra.
