ZVIKA SHWIMMER

CEO

Zvika Shwimmer (44, married +3) is the CEO of Electra Consumer Products, appointed in Oct 2018.

Before, Shwimmer served as the CEO of Delta Israel for seven years and led the launching of the Fix underwear chain, established the group’s trading site, and led the expansion of Delta’s sales in Israel. Shwimmer was also CEO of the Laline chain, part of the Fox group, and has managed Fox Israel for several years.

He holds a B.A. in business administration from the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

YONI TSABARI

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CFO & HEAD OF IT

Yoni Tsabari is the deputy CEO and head of Finance, Legal & IT at Electra Consumer Products Ltd.

Before arriving at Electra, in 2019, Yoni served as the CFO of IDB Tourism Group & Israir Airlines after holding several senior positions for 12 years at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Tsabari is responsible for the group’s wide-ranging business development activities, in concert with the CEO, making decisions regarding acquisitions, tracking estimates, and identifying and developing new growth engines.

Experienced mechanical engineer with achievements in the planning and execution of large-scale multidisciplinary projects

Ohad, an experienced mechanical engineer with achievements in planning and execution of large-scale multidisciplinary projects, is now the head of the LDA (Large Domestic Appliances) recycling plant, which includes refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, etc. The plant will have a capacity of approximately 30,000 tons per year.
